A Look Back on 2024's Bike Nights

A massive thank you to everyone who's joined us this year! Here's to the bike nights of 2025.

Well, it's been in the works for a while, but here it is! Our brand-spanking-new website. We're so proud to be able to give you all access and we really hope you love the updates and improvements as much as we do.

Idle Torque Through The Lense Of A Large Format Camera

A few months ago our friend Nat Wilkins who is a documentary photographer and film maker based in Northeast England, paid us a visit with his large format camera to capture the customers of Idle Torque and the people who live and make a living within this quirky old stable yard. Idle Torque Bike Night

Another great night down in the stable yard for the Idle Torque bike night and the first birthday of the shop. An awesome turnout of every type of bike you can think of and some eccentric personalities. Many thanks to everyone who helped set up and served the food and beer! Idle 'Pork' Bike Night

We'll be at the shop at 6am on Saturday 23rd September to start cooking the locally reared, free range pork so that it gets the full 10hrs before the first bikes start to arrive for our bike night. Home made organic apple sauce and a keg of locally brewed ale will be available to accompany this succulent pork! Not only will there be great food and drink, we'll also be firing up the resident Merlin Engine! Yep, all 27 litres and 1800 horse power. It should be a hoot :)

Its been a long, hard slog for the last four months but we've finally set a date for the opening of our edgy little shop. Leicester's first independent retailer of premium, stylish motorcycle apparel will be opening its doors on the 25th February 2017 at the idyllic Cotesbach estate... Craft Ales, organic BBQ and plenty of bike chat.
