Made from the world’s first rigid, single-layer abrasive resistant fabric; the Hockliffe is designed to be worn on and off the bike for six months of the year, every year, for life. Certified to Europe’s highest AAA rating, this jacket inspires confidence on two wheels.

When developing the Hockliffe Jacket, Ashley Watson didn’t hold back. Using innovative Dyneema / Aramid ‘core-spun’ technology, he created the world’s first rigid, single-layer abrasive resistant fabric. Making the garment incredibly strong and durable, while also retaining the characteristics of a heavy-weight cotton twill used in heritage workwear. It will age better than any other abrasive resistant fabric used in motorcycle clothing.

This garment has been independently tested and certified to meet Europe’s highest AAA rating, making it one of the world’s safest textile motorcycle jackets. Impact protection, comes in the form of removable, highly flexible D3O Ghost armour at the elbow, shoulder and back (armour sold separately).

Across the back of the jacket, we have developed a unique ‘wind-release’ seam construction that allows air to flow + exit the garment without the bulk of a conventional zipped vent. Working like an inbuilt thermostat to keep you comfortable in warmer conditions, this feature is a design first in the protective motorcycle clothing industry.

The lined outer shell, is secured with a concealed Aquaguard zip that sits behind a row of corozo buttons. Side entry chest pockets allow for easy access and keep valuables secure. Two hand-warmer pockets come into their own when the engine stops. The sleeves are longer, keeping your wrists covered when reaching for the bars. A funnel neck and adjustable cuffs regulate wind entering the garment. As with all our products, the Hockliffe Jacket is finished with our signature AW monogram rivet.

• Goods will be dispatched within 1-2 working days

RETURNS

• We accept returns within 28 days from the date of receipt for an exchange or refund of the cost of the item
• Unfortunately we cannot exchange or refund returns if you exceed the 30 day limit
• Only the cost of the item will be refunded and not the original cost of postage

• Unfortunately all of our helmets are NONREFUNDABLE once dispatched
• We can NOT accept returns on any of our helmets unless they have a manufacturers fault
• Please Contact Us by phone or email prior to returning any items
• The buyer will be responsible for the cost of returning any goods
• Exchanges may take up to 14 working days depending on availability
• The buyer will be charged £4.50 for re-shipping
• If the item is damaged or we sent the wrong item to you, we will refund the delivery cost
• Idle Torque must be notified within three days of the date of receipt if the items are damaged or have a manufacturing defect
• Notification after 3 days may result in the manufacturers warranty being invalid
• Goods must be returned as new with all original labels & packaging
• We highly recommend insuring items and using a recorded delivery service when returning any goods
